Orger is operated by Sneeze It as part of the OTP platform. This policy explains what we collect when you visit orger.ai or apply to become an Orger, and how we use it. Orger and OTP share one account system, so your Orger identity is the same identity you use on orgtp.com.
What we collect
- Application detailsyou submit: your name, email, practice type, years in practice, client count range, a link to your site or LinkedIn, and the free-text description of the expertise you’d package.
- Account data managed by our authentication provider (Clerk) when you log in: your email and authentication identifiers. We do not store your password.
- Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, and referring page, used for security and to understand traffic.
How we use it
- To review your application and decide whether to open a seat.
- To create and manage your Orger account across orger.ai and orgtp.com.
- To contact you about your application and, if accepted, your authoring portal.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run Orger — our authentication provider (Clerk), our hosting provider (Railway), and our email provider (Resend) — and only as needed to provide the service. Legal review: confirm the full subprocessor list and any required disclosures.
Your knowledge stays yours
The expertise you describe in an application, and any pack you later author, remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your methodology. Legal review: align this with the Terms’ IP and licensing sections.
Data retention
We keep application data for as long as your account is active or as needed to consider you for future cohorts. You can ask us to delete your application data at any time. Legal review: define concrete retention periods and deletion SLA.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. Legal review: GDPR / CCPA specifics and the mechanism to exercise rights.
