Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026 · DRAFT — needs legal review before publish
These terms govern your use of orger.ai, operated by Sneeze It as part of the OTP platform. By applying to become an Orger or using the site, you agree to them. Legal review: confirm the operating entity, governing law, and dispute-resolution terms.
What Orger is
Orger is the authoring and publishing side of OTP’s knowledge marketplace. Coaches, implementers, fractional executives, and consultants (“Orgers”) package their expertise into knowledge packs that client organizations can subscribe to inside OTP. Orger is currently invite-only; applying does not guarantee a seat.
Accounts
- Your account is created from the email you apply with and is shared with orgtp.com. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
- You must provide accurate information in your application.
- We may accept, decline, suspend, or remove accounts at our discretion, including to keep the first cohort small.
Your content and your methodology
You retain ownership of the expertise, methodology, and any pack content you create. By publishing a pack, you grant us the license needed to host it, version it, and deliver it to the client organizations that subscribe to it through OTP. Legal review: draft the precise license grant, sublicensing to subscribing orgs, and termination/takedown behavior.
How packs reach clients
When a pack is published or updated, subscribing client organizations receive the current version through OTP. Attribution to you accompanies insights generated from your pack. Legal review: describe subscriptions, fees, payouts, and revenue share once finalized. Do not state payout terms here until they exist.
Acceptable use
- Don’t submit content you don’t have the right to share.
- Don’t misuse the platform, attempt to breach its security, or interfere with other users.
No guarantees
Orger is offered as-is while the platform is being built. Features described on this site, including the authoring portal and per-pack reporting, are in active development and may change. Legal review: warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability language.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
